This is made from one or more secondhand afghans, likely vintage age, so there are flaws. All seams inside are raw and construction is simple. The seam excess may require trimming after the first wash or two. By making a purchase, you are stating that you have read, understood, and agree with my Shop Policies (which includes the Materials and Construction sections). No returns or exchanges. If you have questions that are not answered in the listing or FAQ, please ask.

FEATURES: dramatic and elegant Tunisian crochet on shades of tan and brown with ballet pink cross-stitched flowers and dark brown flourishes, traditional coat shape, wide puffed sleeves, fluffy fringed edges, cardigan front (no closures)

WEIGHT/STRUCTURE: medium-heavy weight, dense

FABRIC CONTENT: unknown for sure - likely a wool/acrylic blend

OTHER NOTES: because it's wool and it has been washed, it is a bit felted

SIZE: The following measurements are listed in inches and are taken with garment flat so please double the number where appropriate (waist, chest, sleeve width, etc) in order to get full circumference. I try my best to be accurate but please allow a little room for error.

Pit-to-pit/chest width: 21"
Sleeve top of shoulder to bottom: 23"
Sleeve width: 9"
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 13.5"
Total length, including any fringe: 33"

FIT NOTES: The intended fit is the same as any traditional jacket or coat. Please measure your own clothes/body and compare to the numbers above to ensure a fit that works for you. Modeled on 5'5", 38-30-44" body. I would recommend this one for someone my size or slightly smaller but check those measurements! If you have any fit questions, feel free to leave a comment on my most recent Instagram post (easiest way for me to see it and respond quickly).

CARE: Cool, gentle cycle. Hang to dry, preferably with a fan or good air movement.
